Founder's Why
I come from engineering. I have a background in engineering management and research in human factors how people actually work, think, and make decisions inside complex systems.
But the more I studied those systems, the more I saw the same problem everywhere: the biggest inefficiency in any organization is not the process. It is the people who cannot express themselves clearly enough to change it.
I had to learn soft skills the hard way. No one handed me a framework for how to speak, lead, or hold a room. I had to find that myself and I do not want that to be the experience for the next generation of professionals.
Today, AI is changing every process, every role, every industry. But the people navigating that change still need to communicate, persuade, and lead. Leadership Central exists at that intersection engineering thinking meets human skills development, so professionals do not just survive the AI era. They lead it.

Dana Dahan is a leadership and communication specialist who believes the most urgent work of our time is helping humans stay powerfully human even as AI reshapes everything around them.
She holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and has a research background in Human Factors Engineering the science of how people interact with systems, processes, and technology. That foundation shapes everything she designs and delivers.
With 25+ workshops delivered across healthcare, education, and corporate sectors, Dana brings a rare combination of analytical rigor and human-centered facilitation to every training room she enters.
